Is there a limit to how many items I can purchase at discounted prices?

No, there are no restrictions on the number of items you can purchase during the discount Sale.

Are there ongoing sales in retail stores?

Yes, however the sale in stores is only up to 50%

What is your return policy?

Returns are available within 14 days of delivery and are available on full-price items and sale items under 40% off only.
Please note that we can only accept returns for unworn items, returned with the tags on in the bag they were shipped in.
We will issue the refund within 48 hours of receiving the items, the refund may take 5-7 days to reach you, depending on your bank’s processing times. You can also choose to receive your refund within 24 hours as a store voucher.
Items purchased through store vouchers, Tabby, Tamara, or Cash on Delivery will only be refunded as store vouchers.

EXCHANGES: We unfortunately currently do not offer exchanges. However, you can return your products and make a new order.

I forgot my password. What do I do?

To create a new password, click on “Forgot your password?” link on the log-in page, enter your e-mail then press Submit. We will send you an e-mail with instructions to update your password.

How do I use a coupon code?

If you have a coupon code you can add it at checkout and your discount will be applied before you place your order.

Please note you may not be able to use some coupon codes on sale items.
